**Shipping and Returns Policy**

**Free Shipping:**
At Quality Home Improvements, we offer free shipping on all orders over $1000 to a local depot located in each state within Australia.

**Standard Shipping:**
For orders under $1000, a delivery fee will apply. To obtain an estimate for door-to-door delivery, please email us at admin@qualityhomes.net.au.

**Delivery Timeframes:**
- **Standard Delivery:** We aim to supply and deliver all items within 3 - 6 weeks. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you will be notified via email.
- **Extended Shipping Times:** Please be aware that shipping times may extend up to 14 weeks depending on stock availability.

**Collection Outside Western Australia:**
For deliveries outside of Western Australia, orders can be collected from a state depot. 

** Deliveries within the Perth Metro Area.**

For deliveries within the Perth Metro Area - orders will be delivered door to door 

**Faulty Items Returns:**
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us at admin@qualityhomes.net.au within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the defect in your email. Once the return is approved, please send the item back to us at:
4 Exhibition Drive, Malaga, 6090, Western Australia.

**Exchanges:**
The delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

**Shipping Security:**
For added security, particularly for items valued over $500.00, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for both receiving and returning items.

### Refunds (If Applicable)

**General Policy:**
Unfortunately, refunds, credits, or exchanges due to change of mind are not offered. Additionally, there is a 100% restocking fee applied for change of mind returns. However, if a product is found to be faulty or not fit for purpose, customers may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

**Faulty or Damaged Products:**
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- You must notify our team within 7 days from the time of delivery or collection.
- The product must not have been used or tampered with.
- You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect via email to admin@qualityhomes.net.au.

**Return Inspection:**
Upon inspection of the returned product, we will notify you via email to inform you whether your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.

**Refund Processing:**
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

### Late or Missing Refunds

1. **Check Your Bank Account:** First, recheck your bank account.
2. **Contact Your Credit Card Company:** There may be a delay before your refund is officially posted by your credit card issuer.
3. **Contact Your Bank:** There could be some processing time before a refund is posted in your account.
4. **Still No Refund?** If you have done all the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@qualityhomes.net.au.

### Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please send details and proof of defect to admin@qualityhomes.net.au.
